Rumney Rugby Club will be hosting Cardiff Summer Tournament this year and we have something unique in store…
The only summer tournament in the UK for teams of 4!
The event this year will be open for teams of at least 4 players to enter. Entrants may have as many subs as they wish, but only 2 males and 2 females will be allowed on court at any one time.
The matches will be played using the IKF’s “Beach Korfball” rules, but all will be explained on the day!
In short, no half-way line, one ball, two posts, four players a side. If you normally enter a full team of 8 – enter two teams!
There will be lots of mini-games and fun prizes throughout the day!

The event will be held on Saturday 15th August 2015. There will be food available, along with showers & changing rooms, and overnight camping on the Saturday. In the evening, the club house will be hosting a social for those attending the event – tickets will be available on the day.
Venue: Rumney Rugby Club, Riverside Park, Hartland Rd, Llanrumney, Cardiff CF3 4JL
Start Time: 10.00am
Cost: £20 per team of 4, £10 for every extra team entered by the same group!
Camping: Available on Saturday night, 15th August.
Social: Fun and games at the club house in the evening!
